Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Dijital Kıraathane (the “App”) processes your personal data under Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for users in the EU, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Process
- Account: display name, profile photo (avatar)
- Contact: email address
- Authentication: password (stored only as an irreversible hash), session tokens; provider identity token for Google/Apple sign-in
- Security: IP address, login/logout records, device/app info (User-Agent, OS/app version)
- Device identifier (anti-cheat): a device fingerprint derived from your device’s hardware/software characteristics. Used only to detect multi-account abuse and “faucet farming”; it is not used for ad targeting and is separate from advertising IDs (IDFA/AAID).
- Behavioural telemetry (anti-cheat): move timing and in-game behaviour patterns, used to detect bots and collusion
- Gameplay: match history, moves, scores, reputation/rank
- In-app economy: virtual-coin balance and ledger, purchase records (if any)
- Social: friends/requests, chat messages, reports
- Consent records: terms, privacy, device-fingerprint, advertising and marketing consents and timestamps
The App contains no real-money gambling; virtual coins cannot be purchased, cashed out or converted to real money.
3. Purposes & Legal Bases
- Providing the game service and account — performance of a contract
- Security and fairness: anti-cheat, bot, collusion and multi-account detection (including IP, device fingerprint and behavioural telemetry) — legitimate interest and legal obligation; for the device fingerprint, your consent
- Reputation, matchmaking, ranking — contract / legitimate interest
- Social features & moderation — contract / consent
- Marketing and announcements — consent (withdrawable anytime)
- Advertising for non-premium users — consent / legitimate interest
4. International Transfer
Servers are hosted in the European Union (Germany — Hetzner Online GmbH). Sub-processors include Hetzner (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS/network), and Google/Apple (only if you use sign-in or ads). Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards and/or your consent.
5. Retention
Data is kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes and applicable legal periods, then deleted or anonymised. Security/audit logs (e.g. IP, login records) and anti-cheat data (device fingerprint, behavioural telemetry) are kept only for as long as the security purpose requires.
6. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You may request access, correction, deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent (e.g. marketing or device-fingerprint), and (under GDPR) data portability. Deleting your account: you can delete your account directly via in-app “Delete account”. Deletion removes or anonymises your identity/account, contact, gameplay, economy, social, session records and anti-cheat behavioural/fingerprint data. Contact: info@hdappstudio.com.
7. Advertising, Cookies & Identifiers
The mobile app uses no browser cookies; session tokens are stored in the device’s secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Ad-supported builds use Google AdMob, which may use identifiers for ad measurement/personalisation, subject to your separate consent and device settings. The device fingerprint is used only for anti-cheat/multi-account detection, not ad targeting, and is separate from advertising IDs (IDFA/AAID).
8. Age
The App is for users 16 and older; age confirmation is required at sign-up. Additional protections apply to users under 18.
9. Security & Changes
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS); passwords are stored irreversibly (argon2id); hidden game information is never sent to the client; access is restricted. We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes in-app.
